The "Quick Cutter Method" is a technique for replacing manhole covers that involves attaching a circular cutter with a wireless camera to an excavator to cut asphalt or concrete pavement, using ultra-rapid hardening high fluidity non-shrink grout (AQC grout) as the restoration material. It can be mounted on a 0.1 to 0.2m (3t to 4t) class excavator with a coupler.
